Afterword:

A fun story. Of all of those I have translated so far, this might be the most likely to find itself officially printed in the U.S.A.; there's nothing questionable for Disney censors to frown at, and no odd continuity issues to deter the editors. The writing is funny and the art is really very, very good. However, for whatever reason, it seems there is some kind of ban on Brazilian Disney comics finding their way to the US, and, until it is lifted, “The Tightwad's Curse” probably won't be made available anywhere else than on this modest website.

I didn't change much of anything in this translation, except for the names of Oh-Mis-Her and Zah-Rah-Stro, which I substituted to equivalent Portuguese puns. I also clarified the wording of the Curse a tad (it wasn't very clear in the original), hence the rather cramped text in that particular speech bubble.
